You can now register for SNDVegas. Choose either the online registration form on snd.org or download the PDF that you can mail or fax to HQ in Providence, R.I.

We encourage early registration for both the workshop and, especially the hotel.

To help persuade you, we’re offering the first 25 registrants an automatic gift, ranging from Red Rock Casino gear to restaurant gift certificates at the hotel to an extra seat at the Awards Dinner to a night of bowling. (See below for details.)

Also, we’ll randomly draw a name from the first 100 who register and that person will be upgraded to a Signature Suite upon check-in to the hotel.

A few things about registration to note:

• There are more registration options this year, including student and faculty registrations that include the Awards Dinner.
• After August 15, registration is $595
• Make sure to check an entrée preference for the Awards Dinner. At this point the exact menu is still being worked out but it’s likely that the fish dish will either be Grilled Halibut or Salmon and the beef dish will be either Bone-In Ribeye or Tenderloin of Beef. There is also a vegetarian option that we’ll negotiate with the hotel. If you have a favorite vegetarian dish, please send us an e-mail. If you fail to check a banquet selection, you’ll end up with the beef dish.
• We have only one quick course this year and that is the very popular day-long multimedia quick course from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. This requires an extra registration fee.
• If you wish to have your portfolio reviewed, please check that box. You will be contacted by a SNDVegas team member with further information.
• If this is your first time at an annual workshop, please mark that box. We want to know who is new to this event so we can give you extra information to make your experience a better one.
• The SND Foundation fund raiser is in the VIP Bowling lanes at Red Rock. It’s a very clubby atmosphere with 12 lanes. Included in your admission is all the bowling (along with shoes and socks), two drinks and two raffle tickets. The proceeds will go to benefit the new Edmund C. Arnold scholarship. It’s a limited space and only 120 tickets are available so don’t wait until you arrive in Vegas to get your ticket to this event.
• Whether you come to the fund raiser or not, please consider giving extra money to help a student attend. This tax deductible donation goes directly for travel grants for students attending SNDVegas and/or the day-long, free student workshop we hold on Sunday.

Starting with the first registrant and working down to the 25th, winners will be able to choose from a list of available gifts. As each gift is taken, there are fewer choices left. Available gifts:

• 10 $25 Red Rock gift certificates, good at any of their restaurants
