Sponsorship Opportunities
SNDVegas is the 30th Annual Workshop and Exhibition of the Society for News Design. We expect it to be one of our largest workshops ever. We are pairing up with the Associated Press Managing Editors (APME) to hold concurrent workshops with a few overlapping sessions.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to advertise your product or service, promote brand recognition and to help us stage a successful workshop focusing on the theme of reinvention. PLATINUM $25,000 or more
At the platinum level, your organization would sponsor our opening breakfast and keynote speaker. In additional to a full-page ad in the Workshop program, we would produce a banner with your corporate identity, project your logo on screens around the room, offer you a booth in the exhibit area and have an item that you supply inserted into the welcome bag. And you would get 10 registrations to the conference for your members of you organization or to distribute to clients.
GOLD $15,000 level
For our 30th anniversary, we are embarking on our Newspaper 3.0 project. This is a major undertaking that involves readers, editors, designers, futurists, etc. We will take the latest thinking about print and multimedia and turn it into real solutions. The presentation would be done for a general session and would have practical takeaways, including a DVD to share with colleagues back home. In addition to a page in the Workshop program, a booth in the exhibit area and an item inserted into the welcome bag, your corporate identity would be prominent on the DVD packaging.
SILVER $10,000 level
Sponsor our Continuous Learning Center. This will be a room where we will bring in the top trainers in a variety of software from Flash to Final Cut to Photoshop to InDesign and Quark. This is a hands-on room that will seat about 25 at computers throughout the two days. Or sponsor the SNDVegas Salon — a conversation/internet cafe area where attendees can catch up on e-mail, read papers from the SNDNewsstand, hold informal critiques over coffee compliments of you. This will be a very popular room. Either will get you a half-page in the Workshop program, a booth in the exhibit area, signage in the appropriate room and an item inserted into the welcome bag.
BRONZE $7,500 level
Sponsor a daily coffee/beverage break on Monday and Tuesday. A half-page in the program, a booth in the exhibit area, signage in the coffee break area and an item inserted into the welcome bag.
ASSOCIATE $2,000 - 5,000 level
Your donation helps improve the quality of the workshop. Recognition will be tailored in a way that best suits your organization.
All sponsorships at this level will include a quarter-page ad in the Workshop program and a booth in the exhibit area.
